And remember — you can get through this. It sucks like nothing else, but you are stronger than you know. We’ve been there and we know how bad it is AND that you will get through it. Hang in there.

As you can see you do not have to struggle with this daunting stuff all alone. Turn to us and keep reaching out and we will reach back to you. It is tempting to isolate at moments like this.
